HR & Diversity Management Limited is required to have in place, and operate, an effective cancellation process to enable you to exercise your right to cancel the Client Agreement between yourself and our Company within the 14-day cooling down period set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013.
This process is in addition to, and separate to, our Complaints Policy.
Cancellation Terms: If you decide to cancel our services after instructing us to commence work under Service 2, towards a settlement approach, we reserve the right to invoice you for our time spent on your case from the point that our work under Service 2 commenced. You will receive an Invoice and a Timesheet detailing the work we have carried out for you.
Our professional rate is £1,400 +VAT per day.
This equates to £200 per hour +VAT based on a 7-hour day.
Employment Law Solicitors often charge an hourly rate of £300+VAT upward for the same services, so we feel our terms are reasonable in the circumstances.
